Shipping

Jazfoliates Co processes all orders within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary based on destination. Domestic (U.S.) orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, while international orders may take 7–21 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Jazfoliates Co is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our handmade skincare products, Jazfoliates Co maintains the following return policy:

• U.S. orders may be eligible for return within 7 days of pickup if unused and in original condition for local purchases only.
• International orders are final sale

To initiate a return, customers must contact jazfoliatesco@gmail.com with their order number and request details.

Damaged or Defective Products

Customers must report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery. Photo evidence of the product and packaging is required.

Jazfoliates Co reserves the right to offer a replacement or refund upon review.
